Dayuanplate is a leading Chinese manufacturer in the heat exchanger industry with over 10 years of experience and specialize in heat exchanger & spare parts. We are full chain heat exchanger supplier passed ISO9000,ISO14000 and ISO18000 certifications. Our heat exchanger widely used in many difference industries.
In 2008,Dayuanplate was built and equipped with 3500 square meters plant,starting to produce heat exchanger DM series.
In 2010,Dayuanplate built our own gasket factory and developed more than 200 sets mould.
In 2013,14000 Tons press machine put into production,which can press 3000 square meters/h.
In 2014,Dayuanplate developed model DMX25,enriched our models to DN250.
In 2015,Dayuanplate developed model DV170,enriched our models to N400.
In 2016,Dayuanplate established subsidiary corporation - VHX.In order to provide the better service to our customer,we separated our export business from Dayuan to VHX.Now,VHX is specialize in all of our foreign trade business.
In 2017,VHX developed Exclusive Distributor in European market.
In 2018,VHX heat exchanger has exported to more than 20 countries all over the world.

Plate pressing Equipment
VHX has full production line for plate heat exchanger producing. We have pressing machine from 3000 To to 14000 Ton, which can produce heat exchanger plate for all models. We have printing machine for assembling the whole PHE and plate heat exchanger unit. Our modernized production line and advanced equipment can afford the capacity of 300000 pieces plate annually.
Plate sealing production
For plate heat exchanger gasket, we have more than 200 gaskets moulds for Alfa Laval, APV ,GEA, Sondex , Vicarb ,Tranter, API/Schimidt Bretten, Hisaka, Funke, Thermowave,VIEX and etc. Besides the diversified moulds, we have 15 sets gasket press vulcanizer, including the largest presser which can produce 3 miter length gasket. We have running stock available for maintenance markets.
Mould-opening service
Except for the replacement models available. In order to serve more customers for their unique requirement, We provide mould-opening service for our customers to open plates and gaskets moulds for new models. As long as you have market demands, all you need to do is providing the drawing and requirement to us, and we believe our technical team will fulfill all your needs.
